Tortuguero is often referred to as “The Amazon of Central America” because of its abundance of wildlife. In this guided trip, you will see toucans, two fingered and three fingered sloths, howler and capuchin monkeys, caimans, crocodiles and many beautiful and exotic birds. The area is famous for turtle nesting, which occurs between early March through mid-October.

The day tour to Tortuguero offers you the opportunity to travel through the canals of this beautiful National Park to those who do not have enough time to stay in the village of Tortuguero.

The tour begins early in the morning when they pick up at your hotel to go to the dock of Moin where a boat will take you through the canals admiring the beauty of them.

In the channels you can enjoy the flora and fauna, your guide will provide information during the tour.

At the end of the tour enjoy a delicious lunch in a local environment.
