Payment Methods:
- Cash (USD or Colones) on delivery, No taxes added
- PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro 13% Costa Rica IVA sales tax starting July 1st, 2019

- Online Payments by PayPal must be at least 2 days in advance prior to service
Cancelation policies
- Cancellations made after confirmation of your reservation will result in a 50% charge of total reservation and 50% will be reimbursed within 48 hour. (cancelation of any activity by client´s choice). Credit on your favor is an Option
- Cancellations made by Willie´s Tours CR will result in a 100% reimbursement
- Cancelations after payment within 15 days by clients , No reimbursement or use your Credit for future services within One Year grace period
- Cancellations made 45 days of projected arrival will result in a 25% penalty on the total value of the reservation or 75% reimbursemente
- Cancellation made by Willie’s Tours CR due to bad weather, natural disaster, looting or political outrage, there will be 100% reimbursement.
- PayPal Reimbursement must comply with PayPal reimbursement polocies less Costa Rica 13% IVA sales tax
