By providing your phone number, you agree to receive essential booking updates and instructions via WhatsApp. We do not send spam or share your contact info with third parties.

Your payment details are processed through secure, encrypted, industry-standard gateways. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Willie's Tours CR, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Liability Waiver
All participants must follow the guide's instructions. Willie's Tours CR is not responsible for injuries or lost items resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Participant Requirements
Some tours require a minimum fitness level or have age restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to review these requirements before booking and inform us of any medical conditions.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute activities if required by weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the alternative is of equal value.

Contact us in writing
Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp or email (not by phone call).
Include these details
- Full name
- Order / booking number
- Tour name
- Tour date
You will receive confirmation
We will confirm the cancellation and the refund amount that applies according to the policy.
Cancellations due to Weather or Force Majeure
If Willie's Tours CR cancels a tour due to adverse weather conditions, road closures, security issues, or other force majeure causes beyond our control, we will offer:
- Full credit to reschedule to another date of your choice, or
- 100% full refund of the amount paid
We will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp in the event of any cancellation on our part. We have been operating on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica since 2004 and always prioritize the safety of our visitors.
Payment Methods & Tax Note
Bank transfer (SINPE)
No additional fees.
Credit/Debit Card or PayPal
A 13% Costa Rican VAT applies to the transaction amount.
Refunds are processed through the same original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
