This tour, starting of course at the dock where you arrive in Costa Rica will be going to some of the most luscious and alive areas of the country: Tortuguero Canals. Going by bus to the very pier where you will take the boat to witness this absolute marvel.  Filled with rainforest, aquatic birds and wildlife is an unforgettable experience for anybody that takes it and we are on the best season of the year to see them! This is a tour that will reconcile you with our Mother Earth… this is where you realize it is not only a matter of survival… The rainforest is a gift and a privilege for those in its realm. And at the end of this tour this legacy will be in your mind and heart forever.

As soon as you leave the area of the Tortuguero Canals you will be driven towards the great rainforest of Veragua. Where you will be received by their local tour guides and taken to the tram that will take you down all the way to the primary forest. Right there you will have a walk through the jungle all the way to see a magnificent waterfall in the heart of the wilderness and from there you will be taken back to the tram and to the station. At the station you will be able to see a series of areas such as the biodiversity scientists doing their research, a butterflies garden and a huge frog pond to check on the variety of colorful poisonous frogs of this marvelous area.

As you end the visit to Veragua we will take you back to the pier to get back on the ship and tell everyone the great experience you just lived!
