Tortuguero is often called “The Amazon of Central America” because of its canals and abundance of  Tropical Wildlife.  According to National Geographic, 6% of the world wildlife is found in Tortuguero. The area is also famous for  Sea Turtle Nesting which occurs between early June and mid-October.

One Way Package

A transportation package to Tortuguero/Moin Harbor, Inbound/Outbound Boat Shuttle Service: Our Boat Shuttle will start from the dock of Moín and Tortuguero, departing from between 7am to 10am depending on demand and Season.  The Boat Shuttle duration will be from 3.5 to 4-hour sight seeing boat trip through the River Canals until you reach Tortuguero village  or Moin Harbor. During this journey, you will have a good chance of observing toucans, Two-Fingered and Three-Fingered sloths, iguanas, Howler and Capuchin monkeys, caymans, crocodiles and many beautiful and exotic birds. This Rich Tropical protected area is known as the Costa Rica Amazon.

From Moin Harbor you can reach Cahuita National Park or Puerto Viejo
